It is equipped with a self-developed multi fuel combustion chamber, which can adapt to biomass gas with large fluctuations in calorific value, with a combustion efficiency of over 92% and nitrogen oxide emissions below 30ppm, far exceeding national emission standards; At the same time, we have overcome the bottleneck technologies of biomass gas purification and anti coking, solving the problems of easy blockage and high operation and maintenance costs of traditional models. The continuous operation stability of the unit has been improved by 60%, adapting to the characteristics of agricultural and forestry waste in different regions of China, and filling the market gap of domestic high-power biomass gas generator sets.

Every year, agricultural and forestry waste can be converted into biomass gas equivalent to over 120 million tons of standard coal. However, due to limitations in core technology, the resource utilization rate is less than 30%. The successful test of this 16 MW biomass gas generator unit not only breaks the foreign technological monopoly, but also promotes the "turning waste into treasure" of agricultural and forestry waste. Each unit can consume about 150000 tons of agricultural and forestry waste annually, reducing carbon emissions by about 200000 tons. 據(jù)了解,此次點火試驗只是關(guān)鍵一步,按照計劃,科研團(tuán)隊將繼續(xù)在濟(jì)南先進(jìn)動力研究所開展升負(fù)荷測試、燃燒調(diào)整等后續(xù)試驗,預(yù)計2026年1月完成全部測試工況,3月啟動整機(jī)測試,年底前實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)化。屆時,該機(jī)型將批量應(yīng)用于陸地發(fā)電、分布式能源等領(lǐng)域,進(jìn)一步推動我國生物質(zhì)發(fā)電產(chǎn)業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。
It is understood that this ignition test is only a crucial step. According to the plan, the research team will continue to carry out subsequent tests such as load increase testing and combustion adjustment at Jinan Advanced Power Research Institute. It is expected to complete all test conditions in January 2026, start whole machine testing in March, and achieve industrialization before the end of the year.
