高溫酷暑下,湖南迎峰度夏保電壓力持續(xù)攀升,而瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)組的落地推廣,成為湖南能源保供與綠色轉(zhuǎn)型的“雙向發(fā)力點(diǎn)”。作為煤礦瓦斯資源化利用的核心裝備,瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)組既能將煤礦開采中產(chǎn)生的有害瓦斯轉(zhuǎn)化為清潔電力,破解瓦斯放空污染難題,又能憑借靈活調(diào)峰優(yōu)勢(shì),緩解湖南電網(wǎng)調(diào)峰壓力,填補(bǔ)新能源消納缺口。近日,隨著湖南多座煤礦配套瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)組陸續(xù)投運(yùn),標(biāo)志著湖南在瓦斯資源化利用與電力保供領(lǐng)域?qū)崿F(xiàn)雙重突破,為全省能源結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化注入新動(dòng)能。據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)顯示,湖南煤系氣資源量超5400億立方米,集中分布在湘中、湘南礦區(qū),瓦斯資源化利用率不足28%,瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)組的推廣應(yīng)用,將大幅提升資源利用率,同時(shí)助力湖南“雙碳”目標(biāo)落地。
Under the scorching heat, the pressure to maintain electricity during the peak summer season in Hunan continues to rise, and the implementation and promotion of gas power generation units have become a "two-way driving force" for energy supply and green transformation in Hunan. As the core equipment for the utilization of coal mine gas resources, gas generator sets can not only convert harmful gas generated during coal mining into clean electricity, solve the problem of gas venting pollution, but also alleviate the peak shaving pressure of Hunan power grid and fill the gap in new energy consumption by virtue of flexible peak shaving advantages. Recently, with the commissioning of gas generator units in multiple coal mines in Hunan, it marks a dual breakthrough in the fields of gas resource utilization and power supply guarantee, injecting new momentum into the optimization of the province's energy structure. According to data, the coal bearing gas resources in Hunan exceed 540 billion cubic meters, concentrated in the central and southern mining areas of Hunan. The utilization rate of gas resources is less than 28%. The promotion and application of gas power generation units will greatly improve resource utilization and help Hunan achieve its "dual carbon" goals.
湖南之所以大力布局瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)組,核心是破解“資源浪費(fèi)、調(diào)峰緊張、環(huán)保壓力”三大痛點(diǎn)。近年來,湖南新能源裝機(jī)規(guī)??焖贁U(kuò)張,風(fēng)電、光伏總裝機(jī)已突破3700萬千瓦,其中光伏占比超2500萬千瓦,但新能源的間歇性的特征,導(dǎo)致電網(wǎng)調(diào)峰壓力劇增,2024年湖南電網(wǎng)最大調(diào)峰電力達(dá)723萬千瓦,今年上半年進(jìn)一步攀升至800萬千瓦。與此同時(shí),湖南湘中、湘南礦區(qū)每年開采產(chǎn)生大量瓦斯,傳統(tǒng)方式多為直接放空,既造成資源浪費(fèi),又存在安全隱患,還會(huì)加劇溫室氣體排放,而瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)組恰好實(shí)現(xiàn)“變廢為寶”,兼顧調(diào)峰保供與環(huán)保治理。
The core reason why Hunan vigorously lays out gas power generation units is to solve the three major pain points of "resource waste, peak shaving tension, and environmental pressure". In recent years, the installed capacity of new energy in Hunan has rapidly expanded, with the total installed capacity of wind power and photovoltaics exceeding 37 million kilowatts, of which photovoltaics account for over 25 million kilowatts. However, the intermittent nature of new energy has led to a sharp increase in peak shaving pressure on the power grid. In 2024, the maximum peak shaving power of Hunan power grid reached 7.23 million kilowatts, and in the first half of this year, it further climbed to 8 million kilowatts. At the same time, the Xiangzhong and Xiangnan mining areas in Hunan produce a large amount of gas every year, and the traditional method is mostly direct venting, which not only causes resource waste, but also poses safety hazards and exacerbates greenhouse gas emissions. Gas generators happen to achieve the goal of "turning waste into treasure", balancing peak shaving and supply protection with environmental protection.
與傳統(tǒng)燃?xì)?、煤電機(jī)組相比,湖南推廣的瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)組優(yōu)勢(shì)凸顯,精準(zhǔn)適配本地能源場(chǎng)景。其核心亮點(diǎn)的是適配性強(qiáng),可高效利用煤礦低濃度瓦斯(濃度5%-16%),無需額外鋪設(shè)燃?xì)夤艿?,依托礦區(qū)現(xiàn)有瓦斯收集系統(tǒng)即可穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行;同時(shí)靈活性極佳,機(jī)組啟動(dòng)至并網(wǎng)僅需25-30分鐘,熱態(tài)啟動(dòng)至滿負(fù)荷不足80分鐘,調(diào)峰能力超75%,可實(shí)現(xiàn)0至100%負(fù)荷穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,完美適配湖南電網(wǎng)“削峰填谷”需求,在光伏出力驟降的傍晚或用電高峰快速補(bǔ)位,在夜間低谷時(shí)段降負(fù)荷為新能源消納騰挪空間。
Compared with traditional gas and coal-fired power units, the gas power generation units promoted in Hunan have prominent advantages and can accurately adapt to local energy scenarios. The core highlight is its strong adaptability, which can efficiently utilize low concentration gas (concentration 5% -16%) from coal mines without the need for additional gas pipelines. It can operate stably relying on the existing gas collection system in the mining area; At the same time, it has excellent flexibility, taking only 25-30 minutes for the unit to start and connect to the grid, less than 80 minutes for hot start to full load, and a peak shaving capacity of over 75%. It can achieve stable operation from 0 to 100% load, perfectly adapting to the "peak shaving and valley filling" needs of Hunan power grid. It can quickly replenish power in the evening when photovoltaic output drops sharply or during peak electricity consumption, and reduce load during low valley periods at night to create space for new energy consumption and relocation.
從環(huán)保與經(jīng)濟(jì)效益來看,瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)組的價(jià)值尤為突出。每臺(tái)10兆瓦級(jí)瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)組,每年可消耗煤礦瓦斯約1800萬立方米,相當(dāng)于減少二氧化碳排放約12萬噸,氮氧化物排放低于20ppm,遠(yuǎn)優(yōu)于國(guó)家排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn),既破解了煤礦瓦斯放空的環(huán)保難題,又減少了溫室氣體排放。同時(shí),瓦斯發(fā)電可實(shí)現(xiàn)“就地取材、就地發(fā)電”,每千瓦時(shí)發(fā)電成本較傳統(tǒng)煤電降低0.15-0.2元,既能為煤礦企業(yè)增加額外收益,又能為周邊園區(qū)、村鎮(zhèn)提供清潔電力,實(shí)現(xiàn)“安全、環(huán)保、經(jīng)濟(jì)”三重效益。
From the perspective of environmental protection and economic benefits, the value of gas power generation units is particularly prominent. Each 10 megawatt gas generator unit can consume approximately 18 million cubic meters of coal mine gas annually, which is equivalent to reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 120000 tons and nitrogen oxide emissions by less than 20ppm, far exceeding national emission standards. It not only solves the environmental problem of coal mine gas venting, but also reduces greenhouse gas emissions. At the same time, gas power generation can achieve "local materials and on-site power generation", reducing the cost of electricity generation by 0.15-0.2 yuan per kilowatt hour compared to traditional coal-fired power. It can not only increase additional income for coal mining enterprises, but also provide clean electricity for surrounding parks and villages, achieving the triple benefits of "safety, environmental protection, and economy".
目前,湖南已在婁底、邵陽、郴州等瓦斯資源集中區(qū)域,布局多座瓦斯發(fā)電項(xiàng)目,其中湘中某礦區(qū)配套的2臺(tái)15兆瓦瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)組已完成168小時(shí)滿負(fù)荷試運(yùn)行,正式投運(yùn)后年發(fā)電量可達(dá)2.6億千瓦時(shí),可滿足12萬戶家庭年用電需求,同時(shí)每年減少瓦斯放空量約2200萬立方米。據(jù)悉,湖南計(jì)劃未來3年新增瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)組總裝機(jī)達(dá)80萬千瓦,重點(diǎn)覆蓋婁邵、永耒等五大一級(jí)瓦斯有利區(qū),進(jìn)一步提升瓦斯資源化利用率。
At present, Hunan has deployed multiple gas power generation projects in gas resource concentrated areas such as Loudi, Shaoyang, and Chenzhou. Among them, two 15 MW gas generator units supporting a mining area in central Hunan have completed 168 hours of full load trial operation. After being officially put into operation, the annual power generation can reach 260 million kilowatt hours, which can meet the annual electricity demand of 120000 households and reduce gas emissions by about 22 million cubic meters per year. It is reported that Hunan plans to add a total installed capacity of 800000 kilowatts of gas power generation units in the next three years, with a focus on covering five major first level gas favorable areas such as Loushao and Yonglei, further improving the utilization rate of gas resources.
盡管瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)組優(yōu)勢(shì)顯著,但湖南推廣過程中仍面臨一些挑戰(zhàn)。目前,瓦斯收集提純技術(shù)仍需優(yōu)化,部分低濃度瓦斯利用效率有待提升,同時(shí)機(jī)組運(yùn)維成本較高,需依托技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與政策支持破解瓶頸。業(yè)內(nèi)專家建議,可建立“瓦斯發(fā)電輔助服務(wù)補(bǔ)償機(jī)制”,降低企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,同時(shí)加大技術(shù)研發(fā)投入,提升瓦斯提純與機(jī)組穩(wěn)定性,推動(dòng)瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)組與新能源協(xié)同發(fā)展。
Despite the significant advantages of gas power generation units, there are still some challenges in the promotion process in Hunan. At present, the gas collection and purification technology still needs to be optimized, and the utilization efficiency of some low concentration gases needs to be improved. At the same time, the operation and maintenance costs of the unit are high, and it is necessary to rely on technological innovation and policy support to break through bottlenecks. Industry experts suggest establishing a "gas power generation auxiliary service compensation mechanism" to reduce operating costs for enterprises, while increasing investment in technology research and development, improving gas purification and unit stability, and promoting the coordinated development of gas power generation units and new energy.
