Industrial exhaust gas generators are key equipment for achieving energy cascade utilization and clean production in high energy consuming industries such as steel, chemical, and oil refining. The exhaust gas treated by such units has complex components, which may include hydrogen, methane, carbon monoxide, nitrogen, and small amounts of sulfides. The fluctuation range of calorific value is large, which puts extremely high demands on power generation technology.
其核心技術(shù)路線在于“預(yù)處理+稀薄燃燒”。由于尾氣中常含有硫、氨、塵等雜質(zhì),必須先通過脫硫、脫氨、除塵等預(yù)處理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行凈化,以防止對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)造成腐蝕和磨損。在燃燒環(huán)節(jié),采用稀薄燃燒技術(shù),通過精確控制空燃比,確保在燃料熱值波動(dòng)的情況下仍能實(shí)現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定、高效的燃燒,限度地釋放能量。

Its core technology route lies in "pre-processing+lean combustion". Due to the presence of impurities such as sulfur, ammonia, and dust in exhaust gas, it is necessary to first purify it through pre-treatment systems such as desulfurization, deamination, and dust removal to prevent corrosion and wear to the engine. In the combustion process, lean combustion technology is used to accurately control the air-fuel ratio, ensuring stable and efficient combustion even with fluctuations in fuel calorific value, and maximizing energy release.
在排放控制方面,工業(yè)尾氣發(fā)電機(jī)組的重點(diǎn)在于氮氧化物(NOx)的深度脫除。由于尾氣成分復(fù)雜,燃燒過程易產(chǎn)生NOx,因此通常需配備選擇性催化還原(SCR)系統(tǒng),通過噴射尿素溶液等還原劑,將NOx高效轉(zhuǎn)化為無害的氮?dú)夂退?,滿足日益嚴(yán)苛的環(huán)保標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
In terms of emission control, the focus of industrial exhaust gas generators is on the deep removal of nitrogen oxides (NOx). Due to the complex composition of exhaust gases and the tendency to produce NOx during combustion, a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system is usually required to efficiently convert NOx into harmless nitrogen and water by injecting reducing agents such as urea solution, meeting increasingly stringent environmental standards.
從經(jīng)濟(jì)性看,工業(yè)尾氣發(fā)電機(jī)組雖然需要承擔(dān)預(yù)處理和后處理系統(tǒng)的投資與運(yùn)行成本,但其通過回收利用原本需要火炬燃燒或直排的廢氣,顯著降低了企業(yè)的綜合能源成本,實(shí)現(xiàn)了環(huán)境效益與經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的統(tǒng)一,是工業(yè)領(lǐng)域循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的典型實(shí)踐。
From an economic perspective, although industrial exhaust gas generators need to bear the investment and operating costs of pre-treatment and post-treatment systems, they significantly reduce the comprehensive energy costs of enterprises by recycling the waste gas that originally required torch combustion or direct discharge, achieving the unity of environmental and economic benefits.
